Four hospitality uniforms paired with coordinating shoes

The detail at floor level

Every property puts months into designing its uniforms. Who designed the shoes? Usually nobody. They come from a catalogue, or staff bring their own from home. Guests see the whole outfit.

The range

18 models. Your doorman should not wear what housekeeping wears.

Formal shoes, sneakers, loafers, espadrilles, boat shoes, sandals and slides. Each one made in your colours, in your materials, with your logo where you want it.

How we work

Four steps from your uniform designs to shoes that fit.

I

You send us your uniform designs.

We work from your palette, your materials and your brand.

II

We come back within a week.

A proposal built department by department, so every role gets the right shoe.

III

You give us headcount and departments.

We quote the same day.

IV

Production takes four to five weeks.

Every pair is made to order in our own workshop.

Sizing is solved before production rather than after delivery.

We use whichever of three routes fits what the property has on the ground, and for pre-openings we produce in batches so nobody is guessing sizes for people who have not been hired yet.

Certified B Corporation

Made to order in Portugal, since 2019.

We make to order because overproduction is one of the worst habits in fashion. There is no warehouse of unsold stock behind us and nothing sitting in a container waiting for a buyer. Every order also contributes to iMAGINE, the employability programme we run for young people in Portugal. Those are two of the reasons why DiVERGE is a certified B Corp.
